STARFISH OF THE WEEK

Nick was thrilled to be the next kid in his class to be chosen as "STARFISH OF THE WEEK!" He roared home on Friday afternoon, excited to tell me about it and to get everything ready to go for Monday. He had slips of paper upon which he answered the following questions:

What is your favorite food? FRENCH BREAD

What are you going to be when you grow up? I AM GOING TO WORK AT BANK OF AMERICA

What is your favorite color? BLUE

What are some of your hobbies? KARATE, FOOTBALL AND BASKETBALL

Who is in your family? MOM, DAD, LIVI, BEN, CHARLIE, AND THE NEW BABY

He was asked to bring in three favorite show-n-tell items as well. This took some thinking but he finally decided to take his state quarter collection, his orange karate belt and Mr. Manners, a white squealing monkey (that I was hoping would get stolen while he was visiting the school.)

He also had to bring in five of his favorite photos to show the class. Here are the winners:
Playing football with my little brother

Receiving my orange belt from Master Tyler

NFL Monday Night Football game with my Dad

My dog, Charlie

Playing soccer in South Dakota
Way to go, Starfish! Glad your special week was fun!
