Our garden turned out just shy of a disaster this year. Half of it went straight to seed, the other half was either eaten by animals or prematurely rotten. It was pretty sad, after all the planning and work that went into it. But we were also gone for six weeks so what did we expect, really?! We managed to get a few cucumbers, green peppers and about six carrots. The boys were thrilled that they had big carrots to play Bugs Bunny. It was a good learning experience and next year will be better! Chris is already making plans....
