Tonight was a fun family night. We needed to make some plant stakes for our garden so the kids painted a bunch of rocks, wrote the name of a vegetable on each one, then water-proofed them with boat varnish. They worked so hard and the rocks turned out darling!
While we were painting, Chris was working on his new hobby: barbequing. He figures if he lives in teh BBQ capital of the country, he best be learnin' how to make some mean barbeque. I think he's got natural talent because every thing he's made so far has been delicious! The kids love to see him at the grill because they know dinner is going to be yummy!
